LT Mindtree Q3 results hit by new labor code

LTIMindtree reported Q3 FY26 net profit of ₹959.6 crore, a 30.5% sequential decline due to a one-time impact from new labour codes. Revenue was ₹10,781 crore, above expectations, while EBIT margin improved to 16.1%. Employee base increased to 87,958, with a trailing 12-month attrition of 13.8%. Revenue rose 3.7% QoQ and Dollar revenue rose 3% sequentially to $1,208 million.
