Senco Gold to acquire 68% stake in Melorra

Senco Gold's board approved a 68% equity stake in August Jewellery Private Limited, parent of online jewellery brand Melorra, for Rs 68 crore. The acquisition aims to strengthen Senco Gold's digital and omnichannel presence. Melorra reported a turnover of Rs 33.24 crore in FY25 and operates 21 stores across India.
