Gateway Partners-backed TVS Supply Chain to acquire 3PL company

TVS Supply Chain Solutions, a Mumbai-listed company, is acquiring Hyderabad-based Swamy & Sons 3PL for its logistics capabilities in FMCG and FMCD segments. The transaction assigns an enterprise value of about Rs 88 crore ($9.5 million), funded through internal accruals. TVS will acquire an 80% stake in two tranches, with the remaining 20% to be acquired by September 2027.
