India's Capri Global weighs dollar bond debut up to $300 million

Capri Global Capital Ltd is exploring its first dollar bond to raise $200-$300m. The three-year debt will be managed by Deutsche Bank, Barclays, and Citigroup. Proceeds will finance on-lending for credit growth. The deal is expected in March or April, but timing depends on ratings and borrowing costs, after dollar bond sales dipped to $8.4 billion in 2025.
