KIMS to boost stake in Sunshine Hospital through investment

KIMS, backed by ChrysCapital, increased its investment limit by Rs 100 crore ($11 million) to acquire additional shares in Sunshine Hospital, its 75.53% subsidiary. The funds will be used to enhance KIMS's shareholding. KIMS already holds a significant stake in Sunshine Hospital, which reported a turnover of Rs 597 crore in FY25.
