Naturals salon chain may seek 2028 IPO if Reliance talks end

Naturals, a 900-outlet salon chain, remains in talks with Reliance over a potential stake sale but discussions have slowed over deal structure. Founder C.K. Kumaravel says Naturals plans to go public by 2028 if a deal is not reached. Naturals reported 4.5 billion rupees in Gross Merchandise Value in fiscal 2025 and aims to add 100 salons this year.
