Bajaj Finserv launches $1-billion alternative investment platform

Bajaj Finserv plans to raise up to $1 billion via Bajaj Alternate Investment Management, expanding into private equity, liquid alternatives, listed equity and real estate. The platform targets ₹1,500–2,000 crore per strategy over 18–24 months, led by Lakshmi Iyer as group president–investments and director.
