Lodha Developers Ltd entered a joint development agreement with Sahana Properties and Resorts Pvt Ltd and Sahana Builders for ₹365 crore to develop 10.26 acres in Mumbai's Parel-Sewree area. The project involves redeveloping slums with consideration for existing dwellers and includes two plots with multiple housing societies.
