Thermax Ltd acquired an additional 35.83% stake in Exactspace Technologies, increasing its share to 51%, with the option to acquire the remaining 49% after three years. The acquisition, worth ₹30.48 crore, aims to strengthen Thermax's service offerings in predictive asset maintenance, process optimisation, and analytics-driven failure analysis, with Exactspace becoming a subsidiary of Thermax.
