Linde India minority shareholders reject ₹417 crore Praxair transactions

Linde India Limited's proposal for related party transactions worth ₹417 crore with affiliate Praxair was rejected by minority shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). The resolution received 11% votes in favour and 89% against it, with 1,30,99,840 votes against and 1,70 members voting in favour.
