Stock plunges 90% from peak, repays ₹300 crore with promoter funding

Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Ltd. said its promoters infused ₹285 crore of interest-free capital to stabilize liquidity and strengthen its balance sheet. The company repaid ₹328 crore of debt, resulting in a 50% debt reduction, and saw a sharp decline in outstanding dues under TReDS to ₹17 crore from ₹345 crore.
