BofA Securities buys Rs 42 crore worth of Kaynes Technologies shares

BofA Securities bought 1.16 lakh Kaynes Technologies shares via a Rs 42 crore block deal at Rs 3,614.4 a piece, a 3% discount over the closing price. Sellers Kadensa and Bluepearl offloaded 46,934 and 69,148 shares respectively. This comes despite Kaynes Technologies reporting a 15% year-on-year consolidated net profit growth in the December-ended quarter.
