REC declares 4th interim dividend for FY26 with record and payout dates

REC, a Maharatna PSU, declared its 4th interim dividend for FY26 at Rs 3.20 per equity share for a face value of Rs 10. The record date is March 20 and the dividend will be paid on or before April 14, 2026. For FY26, REC paid a total of Rs 4.60 per equity share in the first three quarters and Rs 2.60 per share for FY25.
