CMS Info Systems acquired the ATM managed services business of Financial Software and Systems for ₹115 crore to strengthen its ATM solutions segment. The deal will add around 8,000 ATMs and new banking relationships, boosting scale and positioning the company for consolidation in the ATM management space.
