TVS Supply Chain Solutions shares jumped nearly 16% intraday after the company signed a strategic MoU with Japan’s Sankyu Inc. The partnership aims to combine their logistics and engineering capabilities, expand services for industrial clients and enter new global markets. Sankyu also plans to acquire a 0.5% stake in TVS SCS, subject to regulatory approvals.
