ITC Hotels Buys Full Stake in GHK Hospitality for ₹155 Crore

ITC Hotels Limited acquired 100% share capital of GHK Hospitality & Infrastructures Limited, operator of the 130-key Welcomhotel Ahmedabad, for Rs. 155 crore, making GHK a wholly owned subsidiary from 1st September 2026. GHK reported a turnover of Rs. 35.16 crore in FY 2025-26, marking continued growth and expanding ITC Hotels’ portfolio in Ahmedabad.
