Smartworks Coworking Secures ₹305 Cr in Deals, Boosts New Bookings to ₹540 Cr

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited announced new leasing deals with major Indian and global corporates across several cities, adding Rs 305 crore in contracted rental revenue over up to 60 months, following Rs 235 crore from existing clients. The total contracted base is now about Rs 5,940 crore. Q1 FY27 revenue rose 44% YoY to Rs 546.25 crore, with net profit at Rs 13.15 crore.
