Bajaj Finance plans new term loans following RBI draft on revolving credit ban

Flipitmoney

Bajaj Finance will launch new term loan variants from November 1 to comply with RBI’s proposed ban on NBFC revolving credit facilities, which affects about 15% of its AUM. The move may impact short-term margins and AUM, but the company targets 22–25% profit growth and 19–21% ROE. It is also reducing rural microfinance and B2B lending in response to drought conditions.
