Company Information The fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks current income and long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in debt instruments that are principally traded in the United States. For purposes of the fund"s 80% policy, the fund may utilize the TBA markets for U.S. agency MBS investments, invest in dollar-denominated international bonds that are principally traded in the United States, and invest in private credit funds.
