- The promotional offer is being managed by Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (henceforth referred to as MOFSL)
- *The promotional offer for Free Demat and Trading Account is valid for all accounts activated between October 1st 2021 To October 31st 2021 only
- If the account is activated between October 1st 2021 To October 31st 2021, 100% of brokerage generated within 30 calendar days from the date of account opening would be refunded to the customer in the form of ledger credit as per the applicable offer at the time of account opening. (Note: Maximum Brokerage Reversal would be up to Rs. 1000/-. The reversals will be done on the 15th of the next month.) (This offer shall be referred to as the “100% brokerage refund offer”)
- Account maintenance charges, as applicable, will be levied at the end of the year as per the DP scheme selected by the client at the time of account opening as mentioned in the account opening form.
- Only those clients who have opened account within 30 calendar days of product inquiry will be considered for Rs.1000 Brokerage cashback offer
- Only brokerage will be credited and other statutory charges will be levied as usual
- STT, Stamp Duty, Transaction charges, GST and other charges will be levied separately as applicable
- DP AMC charges for Demat would be applicable and binding as per company policy

- The risk management policies and other internal policies of MOFSL applicable on the clients and trades executed by them would be applicable on the trades executed through this facility also
- Any employee/partner of MOFSL will not be included in this scheme, even though their name might appear in the list
- Client must be active as a Client of MOFSL, at the time when brokerage is credited
- Clients Eligible for the promotional offer will be informed by email or telephonic call
- MOFSL reserves the rights to withdraw this scheme any time before the validity period mentioned and the same shall be communicated through email
- In case of any dispute, the decision of MOFSL management will be final and binding
- This scheme is independent and is not to be merged with any other offer or schemes

- If the account is transferred to any branch/franchise/remisser after opening in online branch; all the above mentioned schemes and offers will not be applicable

- *An advisor will be allotted to a customer if and only if the customer has a margin of Rs. 10,000 or above in his account post account opening.
