Recommendation of Dividend
The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.70/- per equity share for the financial year 2019-20. The Dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after the AGM.
The Board meeting commenced at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 05:15 p.m.
Pursuant to the Finance Act, 2020, with effect from April 1, 2020, Dividend Distribution Tax is abolished and dividend income is taxable in the hands of the shareholders.
