Gabriel Pet Straps Limited was originally formed as Limited Liability Partnership firm under the name and style of M/s. Gabriel PetStraps LLP on November 12, 2020. The Company was thereafter converted from partnership firm to a Public limited company M/s. Gabriel Pet Straps Limited on August 03, 2023 and fresh certificate of Incorporation dated August 03, 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.Gabriel Pet Straps Limited is engaged in the manufacture of Polyester (PET) Straps, an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to steel strapping. With a daily production capacity of 8-15 metric tones, Company is servicing key industries such as steel, aluminium, cotton, bricks, paper, timber, construction, and metal packaging. It offer customized bulk packaging solutions to different industries such as Cotton Bales, Fiber, Paper, Waste Cloth, Packaging, etc. On February 2, 2024 Company came up with the IPO of 7,98,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 8.06 crore through fresh issue. Company has incorporated Gabriel Ingrevia Limited., a wholly owned subsidiary on April 9, 2025.
