“Agrawal Oswal Chhatrawas” located in Mumbai was established in collaboration with the Rajasthan Vidyarthi Griha. It is a state of the art hostel for students who aspire for the professional course of Chartered Accountancy. This 5-storey building has a gymnasium, library, mess and computer training center. Along with lodging & boarding the hostel also offers numerous curricular and extra-curricular activities. The Foundation is committed to creating more such facilities across India.

The Foundation has sponsored a school in a small village near Nanded (Maharashtra). This school founded in collaboration with Shloka Missionaries aims to provide free and quality English medium education to children in rural areas. The school was started in 2014 with its pre-primary and primary sections; and will keep adding classes every year. The school is not only benefitting children from surrounding villages, but has created employment opportunities for educated youth too.
Shloka Missionaries was started by Prof Sandeep Desai, who is a qualified MBA and a Marine Engineer by profession. He quit his corporate life to pursue his dream of making quality education accessible to children in rural India.The organization has set up another 3 schools in rural Rajasthan. Prof Desai is a recipient of CNN IBN Real Heroes Award for his initiative.
Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), Bhubaneswar is the largest residential tribal institute of the world, which takes care of 25,000 tribal children of Odisha and some neighboring states by providing accommodation, food, health care and education. Besides formal education, KISS provide vocational training in several branches to make the students self-reliant. The students have many achievements at national and international levels to their credits in sports as well.
Motilal Oswal Foundation is sponsoring the construction of a new school at Bolangir district of Odisha. “Motilal Oswal -KISS Residential School" will cater to 1000 tribal children. And will function on the same principles as KISS-Bhubaneshwar.
Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narainpur has been working with the primitive tribes of Abhujmarh in Chhattisgarh since 1985 with focus on education, health care, rural development, youth trainings etc. Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, runs schools at Akabeda, Kundla, Kutul, Kachapal, Irrakbhatti & Orchha inside the Abhujmarh forest. All these are naxalite affected areas. These schools built in 1987 are the only source of education to the children living in these areas.
Motilal Oswal Foundation has partnered with Ramakrishna Mission to construct a new school building at Irrakbhatti. The new building will help to increase the school’s reach to 100 students from the current 50 students. The new building will also have well planned library and science laboratory.
