Sub Division of existing equity shares from every ONE equity share of Rs.10/- each into TEN equity shares of Re.1/- each.
The auction in the equity shares of Electrosteel Castings Limited in Dematerialised Securities - Rolling Settlement Segment on 17/09/2007, 18/09/2007 and 19/09/2007 will be conducted as per face value of Rs.10/- each.
