23-May-2023	D	This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of MSTC Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 23rd May, 2023 approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 which is attached herewith. The Board of Directors of the Company has, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.20 per equity share, (i.e. 32 % on the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2022-23. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the 58th AGM of the Company. The record date for payment of final dividend shall be intimated in due course. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will held on 20th September, 2023 through Video Conferencing. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the 57th AGM of the Company.
