shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company shall be subdivided / split into 96447940 Equity shares of Rs.2/- each. Further, an EGM of the Company shall be held on December 26, 2005 for seeking approval of the Shareholders by way of Special resolution to the above said proposal and for consequent amendments in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
