Indian bonds dip, traders await Rs 32,000 crore auction

Indian bonds opened 1 bps lower on February 27. The 10-year bond yield rose to 6.7062 per cent. A Rs 32,000 crore 10-year auction and a Rs 43,130 crore state government debt auction will test investor appetite for sovereign debt and influence yields in March. The benchmark 10-year bond yields may continue to rise due to supply outpacing demand.
