Mercedes-Benz India to roll out GLS Maybach first outside US

Mercedes-Benz India will start local production of the GLS Maybach, a ultra-luxury SUV, making India the only country outside of the US to roll out this model. The move is in response to India becoming one of the top-five global markets for the Maybach range. Local production will result in a price drop to Rs 2.75 crore from Rs 3.17 crore.
