India ranks second globally in Claude.ai usage after the US. Software and web development account for 45.2% of tasks, led by CSS, HTML, UI styling, app building and debugging. India is also overrepresented in AI systems, workflow automation and database work, though overall usage intensity remains low relative to its working-age population.
