Oppo leases 430,000 sq ft in Greater Noida for Rs 1.04 cr monthly

Oppo leased 4,30,400 square feet in Greater Noida's Ecotech to electronics manufacturer Bhagwati Products Ltd for a starting rent of Rs 1.04 crore/month for 58 months. The escalation clause is 5% after 24 months. Oppo is localising smartphone manufacturing, with Bhagwati Products manufacturing Oppo phones, under a contract reportedly worth millions of rupees.
