Edelweiss Alternatives raises $1 billion third infra fund

Edelweiss India Alternatives Limited is in talks with global and domestic investors to raise its third flagship infrastructure fund, the Yield Plus Fund, aiming to raise around $1 billion to $1.2 billion. The fund will focus on operating assets in the renewables, roads, and transmission sectors, and may expand to digital infrastructure and green assets, including data centers and renewable energy.
