Libya to sign oil deal with TotalEnergies, ConocoPhillips

Libya will sign a 25-year oil development agreement with TotalEnergies and ConocoPhillips involving over $20 billion in investment, aiming to boost production by 500,000-850,000 barrels per day. Net revenue is expected to be over $376 billion. Libya will also sign agreements with Chevron and Egypt's oil ministry, strengthening relations with key international energy partners.
