Alexa+ AI assistant expands to all U.S. users nationwide

Nearly a year after releasing an updated version of its virtual assistant, Amazon announced on Wednesday that Alexa+ will now be accessible to all Americans. Alexa+ has been in an "early access" preview since last March, meaning consumers had to join a waitlist or purchase newer devices to use the generative artificial intelligence-powered voice assistant.
