Tonbo Imaging files IPO papers with SEBI

Tonbo Imaging India, a Bengaluru-based defence electronics company, has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to raise funds via IPO, offering 1.8 crore equity shares without a fresh issue component. The company operates an asset-light business, owns core design and intellectual property, and has an order book of Rs 266.6 crore as of September 2025.
