Zepto board approves Rs 11,000 crore IPO

Zepto receives approval from its board of directors for an Rs 11,000 crore initial public offering (IPO) as a mix of fresh equity and offer for sale. The company plans to file a confidential DRHP this week, following a recent funding of $450 million, taking its total funding to $2.3 billion and valuation to $7 billion.
