Bagmane files DRHP for Rs 4,000 cr REIT IPO

Bagmane group, backed by Blackstone, plans to file a DRHP for its real estate investment trust (REIT) IPO, aiming to raise Rs 4,000 crore. The REIT comprises 20 million square feet of office space with a gross asset value of Rs 40,000 crore. This will be India's fifth office REIT, following Embassy Office Parks, Mindspace Business Parks, Brookfield, and Knowledge Realty Trust.
