Amagi Media Labs' Rs 1,789-crore IPO set to open next week

Amagi Media Labs has set its ₹1,789 crore IPO to open for public subscription on 13 January 2026 through a ₹343–₹361 per share price band. The issue, comprising a fresh issue of ₹816 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹972.6 crore, will close on 16 January, with allotment on 19 January and listing on 21 January on NSE and BSE.
