Gaudium IVF set to launch India's first IVF IPO on February 20

Gaudium IVF and Women Health filed a Red Herring Prospectus on February 13, announcing its IPO opening on February 20. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 1.13 crore equity shares and an offer-for-sale of 94.93 lakh shares by promoter Dr Manika Khanna. The company will utilize Rs 50 crore for new IVF centers and Rs 20 crore for debt repayment.
