Sedemac Mechatronics IPO 78% Subscribed, QIB Portion Fully Booked

Sedemac Mechatronics' IPO received bids for 44.07-lakh shares, against 56.32-lakh shares on offer, achieving 78% subscription. QIBs got 2.26 times subscription. Non-institutional investors subscribed 32% and retail investors 12%. The IPO, worth Rs 1,087 crore, priced at Rs 1,287-Rs 1,352 per share, will conclude on Friday.
