PropShare's Rs 244-crore public issue opens on April 10

Property Share Investment Trust announced the Rs 244.65 crore IPO of PropShare Celestia, opening on April 10 and closing on April 16, with a price band of Rs 10-10.50 lakh per unit. The IPO proceeds will be used to acquire seven floors in a Grade A+ commercial building in Ahmedabad. A minimum bid size of Rs 10 lakh applies.
