Temasek Holdings and Bain Capital Advisors, along with three other investors, acquired Rs 1,185 crore worth shares in Brookfield-backed Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, valuing the company at nearly Rs 12,200 crore. The share sale is part of the company's planned Rs 5,200 crore IPO, with proceeds to be used for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
