Allcargo Logistics demerger record date set for today

The record date for Allcargo Logistics' demerger of its international supply chain business into Allcargo Global, a newly listed entity, takes effect today, November 12. Shareholders will receive one share of Allcargo Global for every one share held in Allcargo Logistics. Trading in Allcargo Gati's shares will be suspended and delisted soon, following the NCLT-approved Scheme of Arrangement.
