Lenskart acquires 29.24% iiNeer stake for ₹186 crore

Lenskart Solutions Ltd's board approved an investment of KRW 3 billion (₹186 million) to acquire 29.24% of iiNeer Corp. Ltd, a South Korean optical machinery startup, through cash consideration. The deal involves 123,945 preference shares and is expected to be completed by January 31, 2026, to enhance in-house optical hardware capabilities and reduce equipment-related capital expenditure.
