NBCC resolves dispute, gets land for massive Delhi project

State-owned NBCC will receive a 21.23-acre land parcel in south Delhi following a settlement with the Delhi government, to be paid ₹220 crore. The land, part of 42.46 acres, will be equally divided between NBCC and the government. NBCC expects a ₹8,500 crore revenue from its mixed-use real estate project on the site, with a 4.45 lakh sq meter built-up area.
