Lupin expects VISUfarma acquisition to close by February 28

Lupin Ltd's acquisition of VISUfarma BV is in progress and may be completed by February 28, 2026. The company entered an agreement with Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals for bofanglutide, a novel diabetes and weight management drug. Lupin will have exclusive rights to commercialize and distribute bofanglutide in India. Shares of Lupin Ltd ended at ₹2,080.40 on December 30.
