ITC Hotels secures 5-star hotel lease in Dwarka, Delhi

ITC Hotels Ltd. has received allotment of approximately 3,648 square meters of leasehold land from IICC for a premium 5-star hotel in Dwarka, New Delhi. The land has a 26,179 square-meter floor area ratio and will be leased for 91 years with a premium of ₹326.50 crore. The hotel will be a part of the Yashobhoomi convention center.
