Lemon Tree to turn debt-free after Warburg deal, next listing is Fleur

Lemon Tree Hotels' subsidiary Fleur Hotels approved business reorganisation with Warburg Pincus acquiring 41.09% stake from APG and investing up to ₹960 crore in primary capital. After repayments, Fleur's gross debt could be ₹1,300 crore, and Lemon Tree would be debt-free. Warburg's investment will facilitate expansion, and Fleur may deploy ₹3,000-3,500 crore for expansion in the coming year.
