BNP Paribas offloads RBL Bank shares, BofA Securities buys in

BNP Paribas sells 60 lakh shares in RBL Bank via a bulk deal worth Rs 178 crore at Rs 296 apiece. This brings down its stake from 2.47% to 1.92%. RBL Bank's shares have declined 9% over the past three months, but its 1-year returns are at 90%. The lender reported a 555% increase in net profit to Rs 214 crore in Q3 of FY26.
