Mphasis Ltd reported a net profit of ₹442 crore in Q3FY26, down 5.7% sequentially and missing market expectations, due to higher costs and exceptional items. Revenue rose 2.6% sequentially to ₹4002 crore, while EBIT increased 2.1% to ₹608.7 crore. New TCV wins totaled $428 million.
