Mithun Sacheti eyes Orra Fine Jewellery buyout years later

Mithun Sacheti, a 25-year jewellery industry veteran, is exploring a full acquisition of Orra Fine Jewellery, with Plutus Wealth Management as his likely partner. Orra has a revenue of Rs 1241 crore and a profit of Rs 6.4 crore in FY25, valuing it at Rs 4,900-7,500 crore ($540-830 million). Sacheti sold CaratLane to Titan for a near-$2 billion deal in 2023.
